Quick device checks
Do these before emailing support:
- Phone system permission for notifications, microphone, camera, and (if you share location) location.
- Android battery — allow Buzzio to run in the background.
- You are on the Buzzio ID you expect (multi-account).
- The other person did not block you.
- Free-tier one active create limits: Whisper, privacy group, Open History Group, community, broadcast.
Paid products (keep them separate)
If a perk is locked, confirm you bought the right product:

Restore purchases on the matching screen. Cancel store subscriptions in Google Play or Apple Subscriptions.
Tips and limits
- Never send your 12-word phrase, backup key, or wallet PIN to support.
- Sealed 1-to-1 pushes often wake the app without putting the message body in the notification.
- Undelivered sealed copies are purged after about 3 days.
