In-app help first
Before emailing:
- FAQ — phrase loss, notifications, "can you read my chats?"
- Help center — guides and how-tos
- Help & Feedback → Report a Bug — app crashes and broken UI
- Report on a person, group, community, channel, or Whisper Questions page — abuse and rule breaking
- Privacy → Block contacts — stop unwanted contact

Include:
- Your Buzzio ID (never your 12-word recovery phrase)
- What happened, when, and which screen
- Screenshots if useful
- For privacy requests: which right you want (access, delete, export, or question)
Never email your recovery phrase or backup recovery key.
Billing and subscriptions
- Google Play or Apple App Store handle card charges.
- Cancel or change Premium / subscriptions in the store's subscription settings (typically at least 24 hours before renewal).
- Whisper Link Packs are create credits — separate from encrypted cloud backup Premium.
If a purchase did not unlock in-app, email Buzzio Support with the store order ID (not your card number).
Safety emergencies
If you are in immediate danger offline, contact local emergency services. Buzzio support email is not an emergency hotline.
Tips and limits
- In-app Report is usually faster for spam and harassment inside a chat or space.
- Account deletion and privacy rights go through Privacy Request subjects.
- Age: Buzzio is 13+; optional wallet features are 18+.
- We do not sell your data — privacy mail is for rights and questions, not advertising opt-out.
