Buzzio Custom chat lists

Folder-style chat lists with their own theme and notification tones — Premium organization for an inbox that actually matches how you think.

Introduction

Split the inbox without losing the chats.

Custom chat lists are folder-style views over your conversations. Group work, family, and side projects into lists that can carry their own theme and notification tones. Full use is a Premium perk — so power organization stays on the Premium screen where it belongs.

Lists organize how you see chats on your devices. They are not a Buzzio social graph product we sell.

Why Buzzio is best for chat lists

Folder-style lists

Build lists that feel like folders — jump between focused slices of the same inbox.

Own theme

Give a list its own look so work and personal inboxes feel different at a glance.

Notification tones

Pair lists with tones so you hear which slice of life just buzzed — without opening the phone.

Premium organization

Custom chat lists sit on the Premium perk list with Smart Inbox and related inbox tools.

Still your chats

Lists filter and present chats you already have — they do not invent a new server-side address book.

Pairs with Smart Inbox

Use Smart Inbox to gate strangers; use lists to organize the people and rooms you already keep.

What you get

  • Folder-style lists
  • Per-list theme
  • Notification tones
  • Premium perk
  • Inbox focus
  • Device organization

How it works

How to use

  1. Confirm Premium

Custom chat lists are a Premium perk for full use. Restore purchases if the controls are missing.

  2. Create a list

Open chat lists / folders from the inbox tools as shipped and name a new list.

  3. Add chats

Put 1:1s, groups, or other supported conversations into the list that fits.

  4. Tune theme & tones

Set the list’s theme and notification tones so that slice of the inbox is unmistakable.

Theme & tones

Each list can carry its own theme and notification tones — visual and audio cues that separate “work ping” from “family ping.” This is different from a shared wallpaper both sides see in a single chat (also a Premium perk, but chat-scoped).

Organize the inbox

Use lists for contexts: clients, school, crypto clubs, family. Switch lists when you want focus. Pin important chats separately if you need them on the main dashboard — pins have their own free / Premium caps.

Lists organize attention. They do not change the underlying encryption model of each chat.

Boundaries

Premium

Custom chat lists

  • Premium for full use
  • Theme + notification tones
  • Folder-style organization

Related but different

  • Smart Inbox — stranger gate
  • Dashboard pins — sticky chats
  • Hide / lock chat — privacy tools

What chat lists do not mean

They do not sync a Buzzio-hosted social graph for sale. They do not replace Chat Lock or App lock. They do not turn shared rooms into E2E. And full custom-list power is Premium — free Buzzio still messages; lists are organization candy on top.

Tips

  • One list per life context beats one giant unsorted inbox
  • Assign distinct tones so you know which list buzzed
  • Pair with Smart Inbox if unknown DMs clutter your main view
  • Keep sealed chats sealed — lists only change how you browse
